Hensall Co-op is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Farm Services team! This position is responsible for driving growth in crop input sales including seed, fertilizer and crop protection products within the Harrow trading area.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
- Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
- Promote and maximize participation in Hensall Co‑op programs, promotions, and bundled offerings
- Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to identify needs and opportunities
- Provide agronomic advice and crop solutions through on‑farm visits, meetings, and digital communication
- Utilize CRM platform, ERP systems, and field trace 2.0 for customer management, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with Operations Management, Agronomy, and Customer Service teams
- Support and participate in grower meetings, training sessions, and local events
- Ensure accurate administration of sales agreements and records
- Assist with location operations during peak periods as required
- Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Agriculture or related field preferred
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in sales related role, agriculture industry preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, and local market conditions
- Proven sales and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
