Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 360 Recruitment & Business Development Specialist to join our growing staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from developing new business opportunities to sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, sales, and recruitment skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This position requires fluency in both English and French (bilingual).
Time- 9 am to 5 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email marketing, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Follow up with clients and employees to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve recruitment and business development targets.
- Stay up to date with labour market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client service and timely staffing solutions.
- Communicate professionally with English- and French-speaking clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
