What You Bring:
- Extensive spray application experience across multiple products and project types
- A background in vessels, structural steel, and marine coatings is preferred
- Strong work ethic, with a reputation for being accountable, approachable, and dependable
- A natural ability to foster and grow the skills of others, communicate effectively, and lead by example
- A solid comprehension of SSPC and NACE standards
- A willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and grow in a leadership role

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
