Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding apparel that meets their needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about merchandise features.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries.
- Support store operations with time management skills to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in apparel or fashion, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends; time management is essential.
