Paysagiste Léger Landscapes specializes in all aspects of paver restoration, including:
- Polymeric sand replacement
- Paver Restoration and repairs
- Repairing steps and retaining walls
- Building new patios, walkways, steps, and other various Hardscape projects
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders who can lead a crew of one to three technicians and labourers while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, productivity, safety, and customer service.
A phenomenal attitude, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of one to three team members
- Organize daily job-site tasks and keep projects progressing efficiently
- Perform and oversee paver restoration and landscaping work
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, co-workers, and management
- Follow project instructions, measurements, and job specifications
- Submit progress reports, photos, and required paperwork
- Operate and maintain company trucks, machinery, tools, and equipment
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Identify job-site concerns and report them to management promptly
- Help train and support less-experienced crew members
- Take responsibility for the crew, equipment, materials, and completed work
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience as a landscaping Team Leader or in a similar leadership position
- Valid driver’s licence is mandatory
- Reliable daily transportation to our yard near Gouin Boulevard and Sources Boulevard in Pierrefonds
- Ability to arrive at the yard by 6:45 a.m.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from approximately April 1 to November 15
- Typical working hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional longer days
- Ability to lead a team while also working alongside crew members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and organized
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete required paperwork
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing excellent work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing demanding landscaping work and lifting more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate and care for work trucks, tools, and equipment
- Professional attitude when interacting with customers and their properties
- Valid professional references

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
