We are seeking a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products related to landscaping, gardening, and horticulture
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain merchandising displays and ensure products are well-organized and attractive
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Support e-commerce operations by assisting with online orders and inquiries
- Provide product knowledge on gardening tools, plants, and landscape maintenance supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and store operations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the store environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping, gardening, horticulture, or related fields is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers professionally
- Organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

Pay: $16.10-$20.00 per hour
