Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Food Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting hot and fresh food while ensuring timeliness, safety and hygienic of food in driver-owned reliable vehicle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle food with care and hygiene.
Most deliveries are 5 to 10 minutes away. When in the store, we expect our drivers to help out with other tasks in store such as serving customers in person and also over the phone, help making orders, cleaning, sweeping, mopping and dish washing.
It's required to have reliable car with your own delivery insurance. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Tips are paid on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Valid driving license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance coverage for food delivery
- Experience in restaurant
- Experience in food delivery is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- A commitment to food-safety protocols, safe and responsible driving while on the road.
