Salary Range is $50,000-$60,000
Description
- Create warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experiences
- Lead the store to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets
- Model exceptional service standards and strong product knowledge
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing Brand Ambassadors
- Deliver ongoing training that enables confident décor recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and daily store operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and non-negotiable brand standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Home décor, lifestyle, or specialty retail experience is an asset
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style
- Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
- High personal accountability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional, enthusiastic communication in person and over the phone
