Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finish Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fine grade operating skid steer to assist in slab on grade projects. This role requires a strong detail finishing operations and the ability to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Operate skid steer for fine grade placement of materials.
- Perform loader maintenance duties
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery during operation.
- Collaborate with team members on site to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy machinery, including horizontal drilling when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
Experience
- Proven fine grade +/- 12mm tolerance specifically with skid steers.
- Familiarity with parkade slab on grade & Parking lot techniques .
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues on-site.
- Experience in construction or landscaping environments is required, with a focus on parkade and site grading projects.
