Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, maintenance, or production activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Vehicle reconditioning and cleaning
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at work.
