Summary
We are seeking a versatile Social Media Content Manager and Personal Assistant to join our team in. This role is vital in enhancing our online presence and supporting our daily administrative operations, aligning with our commitment to excellence and client service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage online reputation and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Support general office tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain organized records.
- Assist with administrative and personal tasks as required.
- Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and document organization.
- Help coordinate events, marketing initiatives, and special projects.
- Perform general office support duties to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Knowledge of legal industry terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
