Luxury Evening Wear Stylist (Experienced Only)
Full-Time & Part-Time | Madeline’s Boutique
Madeline’s Boutique is a luxury destination specializing in designer evening wear, mother-of-the-bride/groom gowns, and formal occasion dressing. Our clients expect expertise, confidence, and a highly personalized styling experience.
This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking experienced luxury stylists who are confident working with discerning clients and high-end evening wear.
Who This Role Is For
You have worked in evening wear, bridal, or luxury fashion and are comfortable:
- Styling full-length gowns
- Advising on fit, structure, fabric, and alterations
- Guiding clients through emotionally important purchases
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Please read carefully)
- Minimum 3+ years experience in evening wear, bridal, or luxury apparel sales (Full-Time)
- Minimum 1–2 years relevant experience for Part-Time
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our boutique
(Applicants commuting long distances will not be considered)
- Saturday availability is required
- Confident working one-on-one with clients in a luxury environment
- Professional, polished, and articulate
- Able to lift and carry gowns
- Comfortable using POS systems and retail technology
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience
- Style clients for weddings, galas, and formal events
- Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory and opening/closing duties
