The Role
As our Community & Operations Associate, you are the face of our space and the anchor of our daily operations. This is a highly collaborative, multi-faceted role perfect for an outgoing, proactive professional. You will balance a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk with behind-the-scenes ownership of our digital community presence and daily environment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
- Community & Front Desk Excellence:
- Warmly greet members, guests, and visitors, creating an inclusive and helpful first impression.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day member inquiries, mail handling, and basic technical troubleshooting (e.g. Wi-Fi login support).
- Conduct engaging tours for prospective members and explain our workspace packages.
- Digital Presence & Social Media:
- Manage and create engaging content for our active social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.) to showcase our community and attract new members.
- Help draft community newsletters or internal updates regarding upcoming space events.
- Space Readiness & Daily Upkeep:
- Maintain high standards for the presentation and comfort of the workspace throughout the day.
- Perform light cleaning and reset duties to keep communal areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen/coffee stations welcoming, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Monitor the space for any general maintenance needs, addressing minor issues promptly or escalating them to management/vendors as required.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Superb Communication Skills: Naturally outgoing, approachable, and passionate about building positive professional relationships.
- Strong Work Ethic: A proactive self-starter who takes pride in ownership and handles a multi-faceted task list with excellent attention to detail.
- Digital Savvy: Comfortable creating basic content (reels, photos, captions) for social media platforms. Experience with Canva or scheduling tools is an asset.
- Adaptability & Reliability: Punctual, organized, and enthusiastic about supporting various areas of a growing business.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or office administration is a strong asset.
Schedule
· Hours: We are open to candidates seeking either Full-Time or Part-Time hours (typically within Monday to Friday, daytime hours). Please specify your preference in your application.
· This role may include added responsibilities, and will periodically require work outside of normal operating hours.
