Heron’s Landing Hotel, operated by Tiger Investment Co. Ltd., is seeking an Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure efficient service delivery, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations
Prepare and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Participate in pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability
Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials, equipment, and services
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hotel staff
Coordinate and negotiate with clients regarding the use of hotel facilities for meetings, events, and group bookings
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent service standards and operational efficiency
Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
