Position: Full-Time Educator
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are looking for a loving, patient, and energetic Level 2 or Level 3 Educator to join our Toddler Room full-time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has a heart for toddlers, and is passionate about supporting their early learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for toddlers in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote exploration, creativity, and growth.
- Follow individual routines for meals, naps, and diapering with sensitivity and consistency.
- Support toddlers’ social-emotional development through positive guidance and connection.
- Maintain accurate records of daily routines, incidents, and observations.
- Communicate effectively with families and co-workers to build a strong, collaborative environment.
- Ensure the classroom meets all licensing, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Alberta Child Development Worker (Level 2) or Child Development Supervisor (Level 3) certification required.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting.
- Current First Aid/CPR (Child Care Level B) certification.
- Clear and current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Strong understanding of child development and licensing regulations.
- Reliable, flexible, and passionate about early learning.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
