Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Parts Desk Admin to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring smooth parts desk operations. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to office management, provide outstanding customer service, and support daily business functions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Monitor and communicate through online texting platform.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with attention to detail
- Take orders from different platforms for all customers and schedule pickups through our scheduling system
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, memos, and presentations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in garage doors is an asset.
- Proven CSR experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
