We are seeking a passionate and skilled Key Holder to join our dynamic team. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in opening and closing the store and performs other administrative duties in a retail setting. Their main duties include assisting customers when needed, making sure the store is organized, neat and tidy and ensuring the alarm system is working properly.
Key Holder Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing store operations
- Managing daily cash handling and deposits
- Overseeing inventory and stockroom management
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Leading by example and supporting team members
- Making sure that the store is always clean and properly organized
- Filling in for the store manager when required
- Provide personalized styling consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and beauty products that align with their style goals.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of various items to customers.
- Utilize technical sales skills to upsell products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise within the store.
- Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple clients while ensuring high-quality service.
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and inventory management.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Foster a welcoming environment by building rapport with clients and addressing their inquiries.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5 years experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in fashion or beauty industries.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple client appointments efficiently.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous, as well as proficiency in using POS systems.
- A passion for fashion and an eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
