We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Truck & Equipment Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our crews and equipment operating efficiently every day.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch trucks, trailers, equipment, and operators to job sites.
- Coordinate daily equipment requirements with project managers, foremen, and field supervisors.
- Monitor equipment utilization and maximize operational efficiency.
- Arrange equipment transfers between job sites.
- Track equipment availability, maintenance schedules, and downtime.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure equipment is serviced and ready for deployment.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and equipment logs.
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and schedule adjustments.
- Communicate clearly with drivers, operators, and field personnel throughout the day.
- Assist with fleet planning and seasonal equipment allocation.
- Promote safe operating practices and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatch, fleet coordination, equipment logistics, or construction operations.
- Experience in landscaping, civil construction, earthworks, or a related industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch or fleet management software.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and commercial trucks is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
