We specialize in residential and commercial property restoration, helping customers recover and rebuild after losses caused by fire, water, wind, hail, mould, natural disasters, vehicle impacts, and more.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our professional team. This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
· Attend assigned property losses, inspect job sites, complete inspection reports, and establish scopes of work
· Manage projects from start to finish, including emergency services (drying, stabilization), contents handling, cleaning, and full rebuild/repair
· Estimate equipment, manpower, materials, and project costs using industry-approved software (e.g., Xactimate, PSA, Encircle etc…)
· Maintain strong communication with customers, insurance partners, staff, and subcontractors
· Inspect buildings to ensure work meets building codes and company standards
· Ensure all company protocols and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded
· Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and respond to emergency losses
· Dispatch and coordinate emergency response crews
· Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
· Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager (insurance or restoration industry preferred)
· Property restoration and construction experience strongly preferred
· IICRC certifications (Water Damage, Fire & Smoke, Odour Control) considered an asset
· Proven ability to manage people and multiple projects
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Positive attitude and professional work ethic
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license (required)
· Company vehicle provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
