Position Overview
We are seeking a Cleaning Specialist to join our team for 1 -2 regular shifts per week (daytime between 10am-2:30pm) and as‑needed evenings or weekends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible hours, works well independently, and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional cleaning results.
You’ll support a variety of cleaning assignments, including residential, commercial, Airbnb, move‑outs, and specialty cleans.
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality cleaning tasks with attention to detail
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and surface cleaning
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces
- Follow company standards and client preferences
- Maintain a professional, friendly, respectful presence in client spaces
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Report supply needs or issues to the owner
- Uphold confidentiality and respect for client homes and businesses
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (professional or personal) is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Provide a completed background check (current within 6 months)
- Flexible availability (weekdays, occasional evenings and weekends)
