Job Roles and Description
- Develop a portfolio of prospective and existing merchants at a local level.
- Initiate contact with the merchant and provide a value-based solution tailored to merchants needs utilizing hardware and software solutions as appropriate
- Build relationships, follow up and generate sales based on marketplace canvasing (B2B, business card program), referrals, networking groups, and other sources if applicable.
- Manage database of appointments and daily schedule to ensure all prospects are handled in a timely manner
- Become an expert and active ambassador for the CPOS brand.
- Learn how to successfully balance merchants' needs and requirements with that of the business. This will include sales, use of literature / materials as appropriate, pricing, etc.
- Attending weekly online meetings/training
- Operate both independently and as part of a team.
- We adopt a consultative approach – determine merchants' needs, educate and provide a solution based on the information given.
