Benchmark Fabricators is hiring a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of architectural façade and cladding projects from award through fabrication and shipment. You'll work closely with clients, installers, architects/GCs, and our internal design + production teams to keep drawings, approvals, and fabrication schedules on track.
Responsibilities
Track and process shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and approval status.
Coordinate production priorities with the shop and confirm lead times for materials.
Maintain project documentation (revisions, specifications, change tracking, delivery notes).
Coordinate shipping/logistics and delivery timing with site teams/installers.
Support quality/closeout: punch items, completion confirmations, and as-built updates.
Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Construction, Engineering Technology, or related (or equivalent experience).
Strong organization and follow-up skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable reading drawings and managing revision control.
Proficiency with Excel; experience with CAD/shop drawing workflows is an asset.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
