Job Summary:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner. Client’s needs met courteously and promptly
- Handle complaints while being courteous and professional
- Responsible for selling memberships, products and services
- Build relationships with clients and even workout with them
- Informing clients of policies and procedures
- Assist in daily cleaning duties
- Maintain club at cleanliness standard

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
