Positions: Electrical Journeyperson – Courtenay/Comox Vancouver Island
We are currently seeking Journeyperson Electricians to join our growing team in Courtenay /Comox area of Vancouver Island. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commerical & multi-residential construction, including work on apartments, townhomes, and mixed-use residential buildings. They bring strong technical skills, take pride in high-quality workmanship, and are eager to contribute to a variety of projects across the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a variety of projects
- Ensure work meets Osprey’s high standards for safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members and support apprentices in their training and development
- Communicate effectively with Foremen, Project Managers, and clients as required
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional jobsite culture
Qualifications:
- Certified Journeyman ticket or Red Seal Electrician certification
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or multi-residential electrical work
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Must have a drivers license
