Our client prides themselves on quality craftsmanship and strong team dynamics. We are currently looking for a versatile, team-oriented Part-Time MIG Welder to join their residential and commercial department.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a part-time role — Thursdays & Fridays. 16 hours per week are expected. The successful candidate will be working in Bolton location.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on various projects.
- Configure and align welding jigs to guarantee precise dimensional accuracy and product consistency.
- Interpret welding process specifications and work drawings (blueprints)
- Operate previously set-up welding machines, industrial saws, and other fabrication equipment.
Experience
- Possess 2 to 5 years of professional welding and metal fabrication experience.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing of residential or commercial gates and fencing systems is considered a strong asset.
- Hold a recognized diploma or certificate in welding.
- Demonstrate proven technical proficiency in welding galvanized materials.
- Possess the ability to accurately interpret technical blueprints, work drawings, and welding process specifications.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hands-on technical skills.
- Work efficiently and productively in an independent capacity with minimal supervision.
- Safely operate pre-set welding machinery, industrial saws, and related shop equipment.
- Hold a valid forklift certification, or demonstrate the capability to safely operate material handling equipment is an asset.
