As Grain Handler (Labourer), the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of operations at the terminal. The position will require the safe operation of equipment while receiving and shipping grain.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Operation and maintenance of equipment
- Support all facility operations, as needed
- Unloading & loading of railcars
- Other labour duties as directed
The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labour
- Experience working in the grain or agriculture industry is considered an asset
- Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High school diploma/GED required
- Efficient time-management skills and strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00-$44.00 per hour
