Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join their team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the sales team with order processing, administrative tasks, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, invoicing, and quality assurance documentation.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Assist with day-to-day operational and back-office support as needed.
- Ensure all customer requests and sales activities are handled efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order processing, sales administration, or back-office support.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and French (spoken and written) is required.
