We are a well-established small business that offers IT support, database development, Cloud Solutions, and IT hardware installations. We support and provide technical support to computer users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, applications and communications systems. We have clients across Canada and are proudly based in Moncton, New Brunswick. We currently have a position available for an IT Technician.

Duties & Responsibilities
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
· Provide telephone and remote support for clients working with Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, MAC OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, Sage, QuickBooks, other productivity software.
· Complete on-site equipment installation and service for clients, most often within the Moncton area and occasionally outside of the Moncton area.
· Analyze and determine service priorities, investigate user complaints, troubleshoot and resolve system/hardware/software problems.
· Deliver exceptional service to clients by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
· Demonstrate a high level of professional service and demeanor.
· Remain current and up to date in job knowledge through professional development opportunities, reading related publications and communications etc.
· This position does occasionally require hours outside of regular business hours, including weekends.
· Administration of on-boarding/off-boarding of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and Managed services software.
· Maintain helpdesk ticketing software and ensure tickets are complete.
· Maintain and setup Wi-Fi infrastructure at client locations.
· Setup computer/phone equipment.
· Run and terminate network wire.
· Work on camera systems with low voltage power.
· Work on rooftops, sides of buildings and other high locations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum completion of a post-secondary diploma, certification or degree as a Computer Support Technician or in a related discipline such as Network Administration or Technical Services.
· Windows Operating Systems 10 and above, Office Productivity Software both Cloud and on-premise and Hardware troubleshooting.
· Equipment installation and maintenance experience with proven troubleshooting skills required.
· Results oriented with the capacity to successfully manage multiple and competing priorities and timelines.
· Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships through reliable completion of responsibilities.
· Decisive with the ability to make informed on-the-spot decisions as needed.
· Effective communication, reporting and documentation skills.
· Demonstrated regard for confidentiality, quality, results and teamwork.
· Required to travel for equipment service most often within the Moncton area. Travel outside of Moncton is occasionally required.
· Must be able to safely lift 45lbs of computer equipment occasionally up and down stairs.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and working vehicle at all times.
· Must not be afraid of heights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
