IT & E-Commerce Intern
Diamond Truck Parts & Accessories is looking for a motivated IT & E-Commerce Intern to support our website, online sales, and day-to-day technology needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company website
- Assist with online orders and e-commerce operations
- Manage Shopify apps, plugins, and website integrations
- Upload and update products, pricing, descriptions, and images
- Troubleshoot basic website and IT issues
- Provide basic technical support to staff
- Help improve website functionality and customer experience
- Assist with other e-commerce and digital projects as required
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, E-Commerce, Web Development, or a related field
- Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
- Hands-on IT, website, or e-commerce experience through school projects, internships, freelance work, or employment preferred
- Basic HTML knowledge is an asset
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Organized and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for projects
