The Life of the Guest Service Associate:
- Responsible for inbound guest inquiries including booking reservations
- Process orders from guests
- Process membership changes, refunds, and returns
- Support member activities including canceling membership and placing members on hold
- Customize wine club shipments
- Answer quality concern questions
- Process claims forms due to shipment error
- Troubleshoot delivery concerns
- Troubleshoot shipment errors
- Update knowledge base and canned responses in FreshDesk
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, or similar
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Professional, enthusiastic
- Adaptable, enthusiastic and welcoming attitude
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season.
- Professional and gracious demeanor in all mediums of communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
