Authentic CFO Solutions is growing! We are looking for a full-time Accountant to help provide our clients with the best full-service accounting services! The ideal candidate is someone that is interested constant learning, is an innovative problem solver and is looking to grow in their accounting career.
Duties
- Manage all accounting transactions for multiple clients
- Regular bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Manage compliance filings such as GST and source remittances.
Career Path
- We expect that this role will transition into a Fractional Controller role and then into a Fractional CFO role.
- As a Fractional Controller, you will be responsible for building accounting processes, perform all month-end duties and work independently to provide the best service to our clients.
- As a Fractional CFO you will be responsible for budgeting, KPIs, forecasts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in the process of obtaining degree
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work tasks

Compensation
- Salary - $65,000 - $75,000 / year
