Summary

This role supports growth across North America for Alphacam and Cabinet Vision by combining market insights, campaign strategy, and digital marketing execution. The Marketing Insights & Campaign Specialist analyzes customer and campaign data, identifies regional opportunities, and develops targeted, multi-channel marketing initiatives that generate pipeline, improve engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze regional markets, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Develop insight-driven marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, social media, SEO, and paid media.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and regional teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Monitor KPIs, perform A/B testing, and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Develop compelling messaging and content that supports customer engagement.
Present data-driven recommendations and campaign results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Atleast 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge of email marketing, social media, web, paid media, and SEO fundamentals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must be located in Canada.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote and requires the ability to work effectively from a home office within Canada.
Regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and video conferencing tools is required.
The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Occasional travel (up to 10–20%) may be required for team meetings, customer visits, industry events, or company conferences across Canada and the United States.
The ability to communicate effectively in virtual and in-person environments is essential.
