Job Overview
The Spray Foam Installer / Crew Lead will lead spray foam insulation jobs on residential and light commercial projects. This role is responsible for operating spray foam equipment, ensuring proper installation, and maintaining a safe and organized job site. We are looking for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to help us shake up the insulation industry by setting a new standard for quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Lead and complete spray foam insulation installations on residential and commercial projects
- Operate and maintain spray foam rigs and equipment safely and efficiently
- Oversee job site setup, masking, ventilation, and cleanup
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and safety standards
- Maintain organized, professional job sites and uphold quality workmanship
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and team members
- Support training and guidance of crew members as the team grows
- Assist with additional insulation services as needed depending on the project
Requirements
- 3+ years of spray foam installation experience
- Valid spray foam certification required or willing to obtain
- Strong understanding of spray foam equipment and job site safety
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and physically demanding environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
