Position Summary
We are seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing P&C portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working directly with clients and insurance carriers in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day service support for auto, home, and commercial insurance policies
- Assist with new business applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Collect and verify client information, documentation, and payment details
- Communicate with insurance companies and underwriters regarding policy inquiries
- Prepare binders, pink slips, and policy documents
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of policy records and client files
- Support advisors and internal team members with administrative and service-related tasks
Follow internal procedures and service standards to maintain high-quality client experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- RIBO license is preferred
- Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and basic office software is an asset
