The Opportunity:

The Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our menu and chef’s specifications.
- Maintain the efficient flow of kitchen orders to service
- Ensure the accuracy, presentation, and temperature of dishes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
- Assist in developing new menu items and specials, bringing creativity to the table.
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with health department regulations
- Maintain constant communication among team members
Qualifications:
- Have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant.
- You have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
