Docere Wellness in NW Calgary is currently looking for someone to work on a on-call basis to provide coverage at our front reception desk. We are a fast paced Naturopathic Clinic with a variety of practitioners and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with the public and can provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, billing, some stocking, direct billing to insurance companies and more.
Qualifications:
1. Flexible availability to provide coverage
2. Has great communication skills
3. Knowledge of Direct Billing
4. Knowledge of Jane software or similar programs
We are willing to train but experience with customer service is a must.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
