We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Participate in age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive behavior through guidance strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and independence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in team meetings for continuous improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and learning spaces.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development stages and teaching strategies.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage children effectively.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of young learners.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports diversity and individual growth.
