Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Repair or replace faulty components utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
- Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven dealership experience preferred, with strong knowledge of automotive systems
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics and repairs
- Experience with vehicle assembly and component replacement
- Ability to lift heavy parts or equipment safely during repairs
- Mechanic experience across various vehicle types is highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting and the use of maintenance tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
