Position Summary
The Dealer Support Coordinator provides inside support to dealers and internal teams through the intake & completion of sales inquiries, dealer quotes, orders, shipping arrangements, and distribution of marketing or P.O.S. material updates. This role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary inside support contact for dealers, quickly responding to inquiries by phone and email.
- Maintains regular dealer contact to ensure awareness of pending orders, upcoming shipments and marketing initiatives and available P.O.S. materials.
- Works with vendor & team to identify any portal maintenance issues and/or potential enhancements.
- Coordinates shipping arrangements, working across departments to support accurate and timely information flow, including pick tickets, packing slips, and related documentation.
- Arranges regular dealer portal training as needed and if necessary prepares special order product quotes.
- Assists with marketing & product updates, including website content, brochures, photo libraries, social media, and walk-around video coordination.
- Assists with warranty, service & parts-related requests.
- Other admin & office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail in quotes, order processing, warranty documentation, and shipping coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing, dealer-network, or distribution environment is an asset.
Pay: $52,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
