You are comfortable working hands-on in a production setting, following structured processes, and supporting a fast-paced team. You take ownership of your tasks, follow schedules closely, and contribute positively to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the production team while following all company procedures and food safety standards
- Report directly to the Food Service Manager and communicate clearly throughout the shift
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation with required tools and equipment
- Follow production sheets, batch instructions, and standardized processes accurately
- Perform food production and preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, portioning, mixing, and assembling ingredients
- Assemble salads, sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to approved recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with cooking tasks (e.g., rice, proteins, vegetables) as required and according to approved methods
- Prepare components such as sauces, dressings, and batch ingredients following company guidelines
- Ensure all ingredients and finished items are properly labeled, stored, covered, and rotated using FIFO practices
- Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs to the Food Service Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift
- Safely operate production and kitchen equipment including knives, mixers, processors, blenders, fryers, and vacuum sealers
- Support packing, portioning, sealing, and labeling of finished products as needed
- Assist with end-of-shift duties including cleaning, waste disposal, restocking, and area reset
- Support additional production tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a commercial kitchen is an asset (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Basic understanding of food handling, hygiene, and safety practices
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and production schedules
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and wearing required PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
