Job Summary
Thrive Speech Therapy Centres is building a multidisciplinary team for our grand opening in September 2026. We are seeking passionate, reliable, positive, and energetic Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Whether you are looking for a full-time or part-time position, a child, adolescent, or mixed caseload, we will build a schedule and client base that works for you!
In this vital role, you will:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Develop personalized intervention plans and goals to improve clients' functional abilities, independence, participation, and overall quality of life
- Deliver engaging, strengths-based, and evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each client
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with families and community providers to support education, provide recommendations, and ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to strengthen clinical knowledge and ensure comprehensive client care
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) guidelines

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook, and electronic documentation systems)
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Professional liability insurance
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last year)

Pay: $90.00-$110.00 per hour
