We are currently looking for a experienced Project Manager to join KeyData's Delivery team and lead the successful delivery of software implementation projects for our clients. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to drive project execution, and experience managing complex client engagements from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, technical teams, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of software implementation projects.
- Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and measure performance using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to minimize delivery impacts.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to clients and leadership as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements, clarify project objectives, and ensure successful execution.
- Allocate resources effectively and delegate tasks based on team members' skills, strengths, and experience.
Who We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
- Experience presenting project updates, recommendations, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
- PMP certification.
- Experience working within cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is CAD $85,000 – $100,000. Eligible individuals may also participate in our bonus program.
