Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Chocolate Sales Connoisseur to join our sales team at our shop in St. Albert Shopping Centre. You will be reporting to the Shop Management and working with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. Your success will come from your enthusiasm and ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment. This position is a great opportunity to expand your experience in retail while selling our award-winning chocolate products.
This is a permanent part-time position and sufficient availability is required year round. This includes availability for weekdays, evenings and weekends.
You will be a good fit if you are:
- Excited about our Chocolatier training program – we will teach you everything about chocolate from its origins to our production process (previous retail experience is an asset)
- Dedicated to providing a great customer experience
- Enthusiastic about selling a quality product
- Energetic and enjoy meeting new people
- Excited about working with a team and building a career and growing within Purdys Chocolatier
- Available for all types of shifts.
- Alberta Food Handlers Certification is an asset
- Previous key holder experience is an asset
