We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our properties through proactive repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities
- General Maintenance tasks assigned by the property manager.
- Clean of common areas;
- Cabinet installation; Installation and hanging of doors and windows; installation/repair of flooring and baseboards;
- Simple Electrical and Plumbing;
- Other construction/renovation/maintenance work as required;
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones;
- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies;
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks;
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Work alongside subcontractors for project preparation and completion.
- Conduct Property Inspections through Happy Inspector software.
- Cleaning and emptying of units, snow removal, lawn care;
- Framing, insulating, polying, drywalling, mudding and taping;
- Move outs / Move Ins with tenants
- Showing prospective tenants available units

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
