About the Role
This unique and dynamic position works directly under the guidance of the park owner and is ideal for someone who is creative, highly reliable, and exceptionally hands-on. As the Maintenance Lead, you are a key, hands-on contributor to the overall guest experience—working behind the scenes. Your contributions are essential to every moment our guests enjoy.
Your mission is simple but powerful: to maintain the park to the highest possible standard, ensuring every detail is cared for, all safety measures are followed, and every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.
What Will I be Doing?
- Execute both planned and unplanned daily maintenance with extreme attention to detail—nothing gets overlooked
- Maintain, repair, and enhance park amenities with pride and precision
- Identify opportunities for preventative maintenance and act before issues arise
- Ensure all facilities, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
- Assist with guest parking and provide friendly, professional customer service when needed
- Work independently and as part of a team, jumping in at a moment’s notice when support is needed
What You Bring
- Working knowledge across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical work, and painting
- Proven experience safely using power tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs and techniques
- Ability to work safely, securely, and efficiently on your own
- Impeccable attention to detail—you take pride in noticing and fixing the small things before they become big ones
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand, walk, climb ladders, stretch, and perform demanding tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
- Reliable transportation and availability to interview on site
- A healthy sense of humor, a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic
