Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Residential Painter / Drywall Repair Technician to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and taping prior to painting or drywall repair
- Apply paint using brushes and rollers, with attention to detail and quality standards
- Perform drywall repairs including patching, sanding, and finishing to ensure seamless results
- Manage project timelines efficiently through effective time management practices
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols throughout all tasks
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on residential painting and drywall repair
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for travel between job sites
- Experience in restoration or commercial painting is advantageous but not mandatory
