We are seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to join our company as a Fulfillment Coordinator.
Fulfillment Coordinator – Job Summary:
As part of our fulfillment team, you will coordinate inventory, receive and fulfill orders efficiently, and process returns. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role combining physical warehouse work (picking, packing, and receiving) with administrative responsibilities including billing, reporting, and customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes initiative without being directed, and can manage multiple priorities independently. You will work closely with our Operations team and must be comfortable problem-solving on your feet in a dynamic environment.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle online orders in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
- Track orders via delivery software to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Monitor inventory levels and alert of any stock discrepancies to management
- Answer enquiries and provide basic technical support to online customers via email and phone and troubleshoot any problems
- Assist online customers with exchange and return
- Inspect restocking products for damage and defects to ensure products match our quality assurance and stored properly
- Assist with posting customers’ payment, create journal entities and billing
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports for our online stores and programs
- Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other tasks
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Previous experience in warehousing, order picking, shipping and receiving, product stocking, or other inventory-related positions preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create structure, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks independently without close supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Acute attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high level of accuracy even when multitasking
- Prior experience with fulfillment and delivery software is an asset
- Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel required; ability to quickly learn new software and fulfillment platforms
- Good computer knowledge to complete orders and shipping documentation accurately
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or operations environment required
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment as needed
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions without waiting to be directed – a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
