Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed
- Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Support team members with various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment or materials
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Help in setting up work areas for different projects or tasks
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and practices preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
