We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Vape Store in Langley.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for vaping and excellent customer service skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and educating customers about our products. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with their needs
- Provide customers with product information, recommendations, and advice
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends
- Work with the team to achieve sales goals and targets
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales
- Knowledge of vaping products and accessories is MANDATORY
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and on call.
We are only accepting EXPERIENCED vape industry applicants who are team players and top tier for customer service, responsible, reliable, punctual, and are willing to travel to Newton or Langley when needed for very occasional split shifts. Transportation is preferred although not mandatory. We are primarily hiring for our Langley location
