Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loyalty & Retention Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with existing customers to strengthen relationships, resolve concerns, reduce cancellations, and promote solutions that best fit customer needs.The ideal candidate is empathetic, confident in difficult conversations, sales-minded, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer retention conversations
- Assist customers with account concerns, billing questions, and service-related issues
- Identify opportunities to retain customers through problem-solving and solution-based conversations
- Promote products, services, and loyalty offers when appropriate
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems
- Work collaboratively with customer service, sales, and leadership teams
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during escalated or sensitive conversations
- Meet performance goals related to retention, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Qualifications
- Previous retention & Loyalty experience considered an asset
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Telecommunications experience is considered an asset
